Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Senior Program/Project Manager to lead a portfolio of major construction programs across a campus. You will partner with stakeholders, drive governance, and ensure delivery of mission-critical facilities and related infrastructure.

The role requires extensive experience in capital construction, strong leadership, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk across multiple sites. A PMP or equivalent credential is preferred, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 15+ years of project or program management on large-scale capital construction.
• Experience with mission-critical facilities, laboratories, healthcare, or data centers.
• Strong communication and leadership to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for campus construction programs.
• Lead the campus PMO and ensure governance, controls, and reporting.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, quality, and safety for projects.
• Drive client relationships and business development to expand services.

Education

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or related field
