Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical, electrical, building automation systems, programming, or building operation management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to safety.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Competency with Cloud Based commissioning software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Document, collaborate, and communicate issues and solutions to the project delivery team and Team Manager.
• Execute and complete assigned tasks and deliverables in a timely manner.
• Participate in site surveys, due diligence, and develop energy conservation measures.
• Review design and submittal activities as part of commissioning process.
• Utilize CxAlloy to document commissioning scopes and develop pre-functional checklists.
• Develop technical reports and project observations for progress and system operation.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and modify building system programming to implement energy measures.
• Oversee and perform functional performance tests of construction scope.
• Provide on-site supervision of trade partners and sub consultants when required.
