Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an HVAC Controls Specialist III with a strong background in building automation, commissioning, and energy efficiency. You will evaluate, program, optimize, and test new and existing systems both on-site or remotely, working with project delivery teams to achieve RCx and Cx outcomes.

The role requires planning, documentation, and independent work with minimal direction, and includes training and mentoring of TS staff.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent in HVAC, Energy Management, Building Automation or related technical field.
• 10+ years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical, electrical, building automation systems, programming, or building operation management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to safety.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Competency with Cloud Based commissioning software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with ENFRA policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Document, collaborate, and communicate issues and solutions to the project team.
• Execute and complete assigned tasks and deliverables on time.
• Participate in site surveys and due diligence to determine facility conditions.
• Contribute to commissioning design reviews for new construction scope.
• Utilize CxAlloy to document commissioning scopes and create pre-functional checklists.
• Develop functional performance tests and reports for project teams.
• Implement energy conservation measures independently or with project partners.
• Ensure proper documentation and archiving of project information.
