Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an HVAC Controls Specialist III to join the Technical Services team. You will evaluate, program, optimize, and test building systems on-site or remotely, focusing on RCx and Cx projects with a solutions-based mindset.

The role includes mentoring TS staff, collaborating with construction, facilities, and engineers, and documenting performance to meet energy targets across multiple sites. Travel is 40-60% as required.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent in HVAC, Energy Management, Building Automation or related field.
• +10 years of commissioning or related field experience with building systems.
• Strong communication, organization and safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Perform site surveys and prepare documentation for RCx and Cx projects.
• Develop and QC pre-functional checklists and functional tests.
• Troubleshoot and optimize building system programming for energy conservation measures.
• Collaborate with project delivery teams and trade partners.
