Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an HVAC Controls Analyst III to evaluate, verify, and optimize building systems on-site or remotely. You will plan, document, and execute RCx and Cx scopes with a solutions-focused approach and mentor TS staff.

The role requires extensive commissioning experience, strong problem-solving skills, and collaboration with engineers, facilities, and trade partners to deliver energy improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of commissioning or related field experience.
• Experience with building automation systems and programming.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with cloud-based commissioning software (CxAlloy).

Responsibilities

• Lead site surveys and develop energy conservation measures.
• Document and communicate activities to project delivery team and Manager.
• Oversee functional performance tests and acceptance of construction scope.
• Provide on-site supervision of trade partners and sub consultants as required.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure performance targets are met.
