Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an HVAC Controls Specialist III to join the Technical Services team. You will evaluate, program, optimize, and test building systems on-site or remotely, focusing on retro-commissioning and new construction commissioning with a solutions-based mindset.

The role collaborates with construction management, facilities, engineers, and trade partners to deliver energy efficiency outcomes and to mentor TS staff. Travel to job sites is required 40-60% of the time.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in HVAC, Energy Management, Building Automation or related field.
• 10+ years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical, electrical, building automation systems, programming, or building operation management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to safety.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with limited information
• Self directed or able to work with limited direction
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Competency with Cloud Based commissioning software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties in accordance with ENFRA policies, procedures, safety guidelines.
• Document, collaborate, and communicate activities and issues to the project team and manager.
• Execute and complete tasks and deliverables in a timely manner.
• Support site surveys, reviews, and energy conservation measures.
