Job summary

ENFRA Solutions seeks an HVAC Controls Analyst II to evaluate and optimize building systems for retro-commissioning and new construction commissioning. You will work with the IS Technical Services team on-site or remotely, documenting findings and developing energy conservation measures.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field and 5+ years of commissioning experience, with strong communication, safety, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical, electrical, or building systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and safety awareness.
• Ability to work with minimal information and independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based commissioning tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform site surveys and determine facility conditions to develop energy conservation measures.
• Document, collaborate, and communicate with the project delivery team on progress and solutions.
• Execute and complete assigned commissioning tasks and deliverables on schedule.
• Develop pre-functional checklists and functional performance tests using CxAlloy.
• Review design and submittal aspects of new construction scope during commissioning.
• Oversee energy conservation measures and optimize building system operation.
