Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Commissioning Provider to support Energy-as-a-Service projects across higher education and healthcare portfolios. You will lead commissioning planning, design reviews, and functional testing to ensure energy performance targets are met.

The role requires deep HVAC controls expertise, building automation knowledge, and collaboration with engineering, controls, and operations teams. Travel 30–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field, or 4 years experience in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years in HVAC controls, design, energy management or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Commissioning planning and execution on projects.
• Perform design reviews and validate sequences of operation.
• Coordinate functional performance testing and testing activities.
• Lead construction and commissioning meetings.
• Drive corrective actions for gaps in scope or performance.
• Collaborate with controls contractors and design teams.
• Mentor team members on complex commissioning tasks.
