ENFRA seeks a Commissioning Provider to support Energy-as-a-Service projects, focusing on HVAC optimization, operational performance, and verification of energy savings across multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare environments.

You will collaborate with engineering, controls, and operations teams to ensure design intent, sequencing, testing, and successful project turnover, with travel 30-50% and a commitment to quality, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or other relevant fields
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,PowerPoint)
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills
• Ability to interact with owners, owner's representatives, contractors, engineers and architects in a professional manner while effectively driving project outcome
• Strong knowledge of commercial MEP equipment design and operations
• Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE
• Registered Engineering Intern (EI) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
• Proficient with Bluebeam Studio and Revu software
• Proficient with Cloud Based Commissioning Software Platforms

Responsabilités

• Strong understanding of energy optimization and advanced sequences of operation
• Participate in retro-commissioning and commissioning efforts on assigned projects
• Participate in design and submittal reviews
• Develop pre-functional checklists and functional performance tests
• Attends and/or leads construction and commissioning meetings
• Lead and execute functional testing as part of the acceptance of construction scope
• Drive corrective actions when scope or performance gaps are identified
• Interact directly with the project team to ensure high quality, functional and optimized systems are delivered
• Work with the team managerand Director to understand construction project resources and track project progress against established timelines and budgets
• Perform and mentor team members on complex commissioning tasks
• Strong understanding of DDC controls and building automation software
• Familiarity with commissioning software
• Strong communication and coordination skills
