Job summary

ENFRA LLC seeks a Commissioning Provider to support Energy-as-a-Service projects, focusing on HVAC system optimization, operation performance, and verification of energy savings across multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare settings.

The role collaborates with engineering, construction, controls, and operations teams to ensure sequences of operation align with project intent, drive energy performance targets, and deliver consistent results across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field, or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or related fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills.
• Ability to interact with owners, owner's representatives, contractors, engineers and architects professionally.
• Strong knowledge of commercial MEP equipment design and operations.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning planning and execution for HVAC systems.
• Perform design reviews and validate sequences of operation.
• Coordinate functional performance testing and commissioning meetings.
• Lead and execute functional testing for construction scope acceptance.
• Drive corrective actions for performance gaps.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure high quality, optimized systems.
