Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or related fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills.
• Able to interact professionally with owners, contractors, engineers and architects to drive project outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of commercial MEP equipment design and operations.

• Commissioning planning and execution across complex projects.
• Design and submittal reviews and functional performance testing.
• Lead and mentor team on complex commissioning tasks.
