Job summary

Albireo Energy in South Florida is seeking an Account Executive to drive profitable and aggressive sales growth in the Miami/SE Florida region. You will develop and maintain relationships with end users, design/build contractors, consulting engineers, and large owner accounts, communicating Albireo Energy's value proposition.

The role requires 5+ years in building automation sales, experience in plan & spec or owner direct sales, and the ability to read mechanical, electrical, and controls

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in building automation.
• Proven success in plan & spec or owner direct sales.
• Read and understand mechanical, electrical, & controls drawings.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with CRM and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with end users, contractors, engineers, owner accounts and ESCOs.
• Assist engineers with design and specifications of control system applications.
• Estimate material, labor and subcontractor costs for control system projects.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare scope of work proposals and presentations for consulting engineers.
