Job summary

Lennox NAS in Appleton, WI seeks a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations and service delivery. You will lead technicians and support staff, set priorities, ensure HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement work is completed safely and efficiently, and align with customer expectations.

You will monitor branch performance metrics, manage budgets, and drive revenue and profitability while developing staff, fostering a positive, customer-centered culture across the branch.

Qualifications

• Experience leading branch or operations teams in service, facilities, or HVAC environments; strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency in operations planning, scheduling, and coordinating field technicians; managing work orders.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics, manage budgets, and apply financial acumen to profitability and efficiency goals.
• Strong customer relationship skills, including communication, problem-solving, and escalation handling for national or key accounts.
• Familiarity with HVAC services, building systems, or technical service operations; HVAC experience beneficial.
• Comfort with business software and service management tools for reporting, documentation, and team coordination.
• Ability to work on-site, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to visit customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities
