Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze performance metrics, manage budgets, and apply financial acumen to profitability and efficiency goals.
• Strong customer relationship skills, including communication, problem-solving, and escalation handling for national or key accounts.
• Familiarity with HVAC services, building systems, or technical service operations; HVAC experience beneficial.
• Comfort with business software and service management tools for reporting, documentation, and team coordination.
• Ability to work on-site, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to visit customer sites as needed.

Role Description

Duties include scheduling and dispatching work orders, coordinating with national account customers, resolving escalated service issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. This position also focuses on staff development, performance reviews, and fostering a positive, customer-centered work culture.
