Job summary

Lennox International is seeking a Branch Manager for its NAS division in Omaha, NE. You will supervise a team of 4–10 techs, manage safety, productivity, inventory, and customer satisfaction, and drive branch performance.

The role requires an Associate’s degree, 5+ years of related experience, HVAC knowledge, and a track record in P&L management. Travel in local markets and certification goals are part of the job. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent education from a two-year college or technical school.
• 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC industry knowledge preferred.
• P&L management experience with a successful track record preferred.
• Ability to travel in local market regularly; occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform moderate lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Computer skills; proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Must achieve NATE certification within first full year as Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

• Reads, analyzes, and interprets reports, proposals, and blueprints.
• Directs employees in dismantling, assembling, and installing equipment.
• Estimates labor requirements and production schedules.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed and accidents reported.
• Maintains time and production records and monitors performance data.
• Supervises 4–10 employees and handles hiring and training.
