PRIDE Industries is seeking an HVAC and Appliance Manager to oversee maintenance and repair services at a military facility under a DFAC contract. The role directs HVAC and appliance staff, ensures compliance with contract terms, safety, and quality standards, and reports on performance.

Under minimal supervision, you will manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs, coordinate with contract personnel, and maintain strong relationships with site leadership to meet production goals.

Qualificações

• Five years experience HVAC and appliance repair; including three years in a supervisory role.
• Supervisory skills to hire qualified employees, provide for their development, and administer performance management.
• Ability to supervise and develop assigned team to meet goals while adhering to safety policies.
• Effective written and oral communication; ability to present to senior management.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced computer literacy including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, organizes and manages HVAC and Appliance maintenance and repair services for DFACs and facilities per PWS.
• Manages compliance with contract terms and obligations.
• Supervises staff, hiring, training, counseling, and performance reviews.
• Develops relationships with contract personnel and official lines of communication.
• Provides quality control, inventory management, records, and reporting.
• Develops and manages preventive and corrective maintenance programs with predictive testing.
• Ensures safe work practices and conducts toolbox safety topics.
• Schedules and prioritizes tasks, adhering to procedures and regulations while minimizing errors.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
