• Five or more years in building maintenance and construction, incl. at least three years in a supervisory position.
• Three years or more of business management experience including profit and loss responsibility and budgeting.
• Knowledge of planning, purchasing, and project management.
• Ability to read construction drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, directs, and manages maintenance and repair services for building systems.
• Develops and implements Preventive and Corrective Maintenance programs.
• Supervises staff and conducts performance reviews.
• Schedules tasks and ensures safety compliance while meeting production goals.
