Job summary

Afognak Native Corporation seeks a HVAC Senior Service Manager to lead the HVAC discipline within the IMAP contract, supervising Field Service Supervisors and Technicians while acting as the SME for HVAC technical matters. You will coordinate staffing, ensure SOW adherence, and drive safety and quality across worldwide embassy maintenance efforts.

The role requires coordinating with program managers, logistics, and scheduling to ensure proper resources, tools, and compliance with DoD security

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication required.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent workflows and meeting deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to travel overseas as needed.
• Must be able to obtain DoD security clearance.
• Comfortable working on ladders and in access-to-roof environments with lifting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Staff teams across HVAC discipline and partner with Program Manager, recruiters, and Field Service Supervisors.
• Ensure SOW compliance and oversee performance of technical teams to contract specifications.
• Review SOW modifications with COR for approvals.
• Verify deliverables meet quality standards.
• Develop/update SOWs and standards for teams within HVAC.
• Directly manage Field Service Supervisors to ensure deadlines and contractual requirements are met.
• Coordinate with Logistics for parts, tools, and PPE.
• Review government work plans against historical data for proper manpower.
• Communicate with technicians, manufacturers, and facility engineers to understand equipment worldwide.
• Provide SME-level repair options and guidance for HVAC issues.
• Create/update maintenance checklists and procedures as needed.
• Oversee GMMS usage for all teams.
• Travel overseas for QA and program reviews.
• Inspect field technicians and supervisors for compliance with SOW.
• Identify trends and recommend workflow/technique improvements.
• Complete inspection reports and documentation as required.
• Maintain knowledge of safety/building codes and regulations.
• Review and maintain technician credentials database with the Technical Deputy Program Manager.
• Develop performance improvement plans for underperforming personnel.
