• 5+ years hands-on HV substation experience in construction, commissioning, operations, and maintenance.
• Ability to read one-line diagrams and relay schematics.
• Strong communication with field personnel and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical SME for substation construction, commissioning, operations, and maintenance.
• Provide oversight of multiple energized substations supporting critical loads.
• Review protection schemes, relay settings, commissioning plans, and procedures.
• Provide expertise in protective relays, protection and control, SCADA, and substation automation.
• Support troubleshooting, outage planning, switching, and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Act as owner's technical representative during project execution and interface with partners.
