You will lead HV substation design, mentor staff, and oversee project delivery from planning through startup to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

The role requires 15+ years of experience, a PE license, and willingness to travel. Hybrid locations across the U.S. are supported with strong collaboration across offices and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related discipline.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• Minimum 15 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel 10% or less.

Responsibilities

• Lead HV substation design from planning to startup.
• Serve as Engineer of Record for substation physical design.
• Review engineering deliverables and ensure quality.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated delivery.
