The candidate will serve as Engineer of Record, drive quality, mentor staff, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and support business growth across U.S. projects while ensuring safety and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
• 15 years of related experience; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, execution, and delivery of HV substation projects from 230kV to 345kV.
• Serve as Engineer of Record and technical authority for substation physical design.
• Mentor engineers, oversee performance, and support business growth.
