Job summary

Human Forte is seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer to lead protection and control system design for power substations. You will oversee design, testing, and implementation, ensuring reliable operation and adherence to IEC standards.

Qualifications

7-14 years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on protection & control systems for power substations.
Strong understanding of AIS (Automatic Identification System), SLD (Single Line Diagram), earthing practices, and overcurrent protection techniques.
Experience in performing power system studies using PSCAD or ETAP.

Responsibilities

Manage the design, development, testing, and implementation of protection and control systems for power substations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IEC) and company policies related to earthing, overcurrent protection, and power system studies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
Develop technical documentation and provide training to junior engineers on protection and control system design principles.
