Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with HV and MV transformers in OEM/utility contexts.
• Experience translating customer specs into buildable transformer configurations.
• Strong knowledge of IEEE/ANSI standards and utility procurement processes.
• Proven ability to communicate with technical and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for HV and MV transformer offerings in the U.S.
• Interface with utilities, IPPs, EPCs, and transmission developers as the primary technical contact
• Translate customer specifications into complete, buildable transformer configurations
• Develop technical proposals, data sheets, loss evaluations, and bid packages
• Lead technical clarifications and manage customer questions throughout the bid/award cycle
• Collaborate with global engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to align on intent
