The role demands deep HV knowledge, client-focused solution design, risk assessment, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while shaping bid strategy for the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, power infrastructure or related environment.
• Proven experience developing technical proposals and bids for complex electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of high-voltage electrical systems and equipment.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Leadership, mentoring, and bid-management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development and delivery of complex tender submissions from review to final submission.
• Own the technical bid strategy to align with client requirements and commercial objectives.
• Review tender docs to identify technical requirements, risks, exclusions, assumptions, and opportunities.
• Develop and evaluate technical solutions for high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects.
• Identify value engineering opportunities to improve cost, constructability, and project value.
• Coordinate deliverables including SLDs, layouts, equipment schedules, specs, and execution plans.
• Work with estimating and commercial teams to align technical proposals with pricing and scope.
• Engage with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical queries.
