Rising Edge Group is seeking an HV Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning teams across client projects in North America. The role involves directing a team of Technologists and subcontractors, coordinating with Operations and Project Managers, and driving safety, quality, and on-time delivery in high-voltage environments.

The position emphasizes field leadership, process improvement, and client liaison, with travel and site presence required to manage multiple HV/MV projects effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in field testing and commissioning.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• 5–10 years in utility or industrial sectors.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license.
• Willingness to travel and work out of town.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning team and subcontracted teams on client projects.
• Oversee multiple HV/MV projects and commissioning activities.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed throughout planning and execution.
• Provide technical support to Project Managers and Field Staff.
• Lead client meetings, scheduling, and issue resolutions.
• Prepare/test procedures and safety policies.
• Coordinate with Operations, Project Management, and Engineering.
