Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or power systems.
• 4+ years leading commissioning in MV/HV environments.
• Hands-on relay testing experience.
• Experience with substations and protection/controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing and commissioning of MV/HV systems and protection schemes.
• Read drawings and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Manage direct reports and delegate tasks.
• Prepare and submit reports; assist startup procedures.
• Ensure safety compliance per standards.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve issues.
