BLUEHAWK, LLC is seeking a Senior HUMINT Collection Manager to lead complex collection-management activities for DIA Directorate for Operations. The senior manager will guide HUMINT reporting, collection strategy, resource alignment, performance assessment, and coordination across field elements, customers, collection platforms, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.
• Experience leading complex collection-management work with minimal oversight.
• Experience developing collection strategies, metrics, and high-impact HUMINT products.
• Ability to brief senior Government stakeholders clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead review, quality control, publication and release of Intelligence Information Reports.
• Oversee post-publication reviews, reconciliation, reporting metrics, and performance assessments.
• Analyze collection posture, identify gaps and trends, and advise resource alignment.
• Develop and coordinate Operating Directives, collection posture statements, and emphasis messages.
• Serve as senior collection-management conduit to field elements, customers, and leadership.
• Support DIA leadership inquiries with data and briefings.
