Job summary

BLUEHAWK, LLC is seeking a Senior Collection Operations Manager to support HUMINT operations for the DIA Directorate for Operations. The role will synchronize and deconflict sensitive activity, guide collection requirements and reporting, and provide senior-level coordination among headquarters, field elements, platforms, customers, and IC partners.

The ideal candidate will have TS/SCI CI Poly clearance and extensive experience in HUMINT operations, with the ability to manage high-tempo,

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.
• Senior-level understanding of HUMINT coordination and requirements.
• Ability to lead complex operations-support work with minimal oversight.
• Experience with quality control, deconfliction, reporting, and partner engagement.
• Experience with DoD/DIA policies and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deconflict sensitive HUMINT operations across organizations under Government direction.
• Develop collection directives, posture statements, and dissemination of validated requirements.
• Review IIRs, edits, and ensure compliant publication and reporting metrics.
• Oversee operational documentation and ensure DoD policy compliance.
• Provide senior-level coordination among HQ, field elements, platforms, customers, and IC partners.
• Mentor team members and communicate complex matters to senior audiences.
• Support inquiries from DIA leadership, Congress, and ODNI.
• Represent organization in working groups and meetings.
