Office of Family Assistance seeks a Human Services Data Reporting Manager to provide statewide leadership for data collection, reporting and program integrity across OFA programs. You will coordinate with OFA policy staff, the Office of Information Services, and multiple counties to ensure compliant statewide data management.

The role requires overseeing teams, ensuring data accuracy, and aligning data reporting with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate core in social or behavioral science is preferred.
• Graduate core program in social or behavioral science is a plus.
• Equivalent minimum class qualifications may apply per policy.

Responsabilités

• Oversee team of Business Analysts and direct reporting activities.
• Monitor staff compliance with trainings, meetings and procedures.
• Prepare and analyze state and federal data reporting requests.
• Coordinate UAT for reporting-related changes and data sharing agreements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness across systems.
