Department of Labor & Regulation seeks a Reporting & Compliance Coordinator to collect operational data statewide, support audit programs, and ensure compliance with federal standards. The role involves policy development, data reporting, and coordinating across divisions.

The position emphasizes collaboration with IT/data teams, documentation of processes, and ongoing improvement initiatives within the RA Division. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent government experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect data across RA Division units and submit to US DOL monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
• Lead and assist in administering federally guided internal audit programs.
• Identify improvement areas and help implement solutions while reporting progress.
• Maintain compliance with USDOL, IRS, and SSA standards.
• Develop and maintain policies, monitor security, and prepare training materials.
