Job summary

Family Bridges USA seeks a Data Manager to oversee data collection, QA, and federal reporting for HEART HHS-ACF-OFA-ZB-0109. You will ensure accurate entry into the nFORM system, monitor benchmarks, and generate reports to guide improvements. This .75 FTE, Illinois-based role combines remote and onsite work.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in program data management, knowledge of nFORM/ETO/Apricot, and strong privacy awareness. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in program data management.
• Experience with federal reporting requirements and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage data input, accuracy, and security for all participants.
• Ensure complete and timely reporting into nFORM (ACF system).
• Coordinate with facilitators to track enrollment and milestones.
• Monitor performance indicators and produce data reports monthly and quarterly.
• Support federal performance progress reports (PPRs).
• Collaborate with evaluators on data sharing and formatting.
• Identify data gaps and support program improvement.
• Ensure confidentiality and train staff on data tools.
