Daily duties include handling phones, emails, maintaining employee files, and conducting site visits to HR offices within the region. The role requires strong organization, problem solving and prior supervisory experience.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, HR, clerical, secretarial, or admin support.
• Strong problem solving and dispute resolution skills.
• Experience supervising staff is a plus.
• Knowledge of time, pay, benefits concepts preferred.
