Confidential is seeking a Sr. HR Manager to lead an HR team supporting multiple store regions and corporate departments. This full-time, in-office role blends people leadership, strategic partnership, and hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will partner with operational leaders, coach executives, drive major HR initiatives, analyze turnover data, and ensure compliant outcomes across multi-state operations. A strong background in employment law is required.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and develop an HR team, building their skills and confidence to handle everything from routine coaching to complex associate situations
• Step in on sensitive associate relations issues, guiding fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes
• Partner closely with operational leaders to connect people strategy to business results
• Coach leaders directly - real‑time feedback, performance conversations, and development planning
• Lead major HR initiatives and organizational change, from engagement surveys to compliance rollouts
• Analyze turnover and engagement data to identify trends and shape action plans
• Interpret policy, navigate ambiguity, and proactively flag opportunities for improvement

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience (required)
• 2+ years of supervisory experience (required)
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field

• Salary range: $150,000–$175,000 + bonus
