Job summary

LinQ Global Group seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with policies and federal and state laws. You will partner with leadership to develop HR strategies and foster a productive workplace culture.

The role drives recruitment, onboarding, policy updates, training, and HR process improvements. Candidates should have 6+ years in HR, a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, and strong communication

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, business, or related field.
  • 6+ years HR experience.
  • Strong recruiting and employee relations abilities.
  • Knowledge of federal & state employment laws.
  • Experience managing HR staff.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance on workplace concerns, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
  • Supervise and mentor HR Administrators and HR Generalists.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Conduct workplace audits, plant tours, and HR record reviews.
  • Support training initiatives, including onboarding, policy training, interviewing, and harassment prevention.
  • Partner with leadership to address employee issues and organizational needs.
  • Manage unemployment claims, legal documentation, and coordinate with legal counsel when necessary.
  • Present HR updates during company meetings.
  • Recommend and administer disciplinary actions, including terminations when appropriate.
  • Drive HR process improvements and support organizational objectives.
  • Assist with additional HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift and schedule requirements: Shift 1; Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and federal and state employment regulations. This role partners closely with leadership to develop HR strategies, improve processes, and foster a positive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • 6+ years of Human Resources experience.

  • Strong experience in recruiting and employee relations.

  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

  • Experience managing HR staff and coaching employees.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR systems.

  • Experience with continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
