Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Sr. HR Manager to lead an HR team supporting multiple store regions and corporate departments. This full-time, in-office role blends people leadership, strategic partnership, and hands-on problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will partner with operational leaders, coach executives, drive major HR initiatives, analyze turnover data, and ensure compliant outcomes across multi-state operations. A strong background in employment law is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong judgment, communication, and problem-solving in multi-unit, multi-state environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop an HR team across multiple store regions and corporate departments.
• Address sensitive associate relations issues with fair, compliant outcomes.
• Partner with operational leaders to tie people strategy to business results.
• Coach leaders with real-time feedback and development planning.
• Lead HR initiatives and organizational change from surveys to compliance rollouts.
