Job description

Job Title: Human Resources Senior Manager

Reporting to the CFO, the HR Senior Manager will play a critical role in optimizing talent management, driving strategy, and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement for a real estate development and management company. He or she will work closely with the executive team to shape organizational structure, enhance employee engagement initiatives, and develop talent acquisition and management strategies to support ongoing company growth.

The Human Resources Senior Manager must possess comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment and labor laws, and related compliance and reporting requirements. He or she should be a champion of employee relations and retention, with strong relationship management skills, excellent communication, and conflict resolution abilities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (required)
  • Master's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • 7+ years of Human Resources experience, including 3+ years in HR leadership
