Senior Human Resources Manager at Bank of America Stadium

This role involves supporting various HR functions to meet strategic, tactical, and administrative objectives. Effective communication with senior management and support departments is essential. The candidate's knowledge of employee relations and analytical skills will be utilized to support HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent application of all HR policies.
• Coach associates and management on complex issues; guide disciplinary actions; assist with investigations.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding for hourly staff via MyOpportunity.
• Maintain associate recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
• Review HR activity reports regularly.
• Support survey interpretation and feedback processes.
• Increase HR visibility through meetings, training, and initiatives.
• Review pay increase requests for internal equity.
• Prepare and present HR-related training sessions.
• Lead diversity initiatives including recruiting, retention, and promotion.
• Assist in creating Personal Development Plans for staff.
• Participate in the annual performance appraisal process.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• At least three years of HR generalist experience; management experience a plus.
• Experience in large, multi-unit organizations and centralized HR environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; advanced skills preferred.
• Knowledge of employment law, policies, and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Training certification is a plus.
