Saint-Gobain is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager for our Medical Components & Electronics Manufacturing division in Portage, WI. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to influence and lead HR strategies in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

About the role

The Senior HR Manager will provide strategic HR counsel to the leadership team, oversee HR programs across a 300+ employee manufacturing site, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws. The role reports to the Plant Manager and collaborates closely with the Corporate HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage employee relations, recruitment, benefits, and compliance
• Lead HR team development and oversee HR processes including performance appraisals and compensation
• Ensure consistent application of personnel policies and procedures
• Coordinate training and development initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (required)
• MBA or equivalent (preferred)
• 10+ years HR experience in manufacturing
• 4+ years in HR management/leadership
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
