Australia-Employment seeks a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the day-to-day HR function for a field-based organization in Chantilly, VA. This hands-on role oversees Employee Relations, HR Compliance, Benefits, Leave Administration, Performance Management, Recruiting and Onboarding.

You will partner with leadership to support employees, improve HR processes, and help the organization continue to grow. On-site role with competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience required.
• HR management or senior-level HR experience.
• Strong employee relations, investigations and performance management experience.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Experience with benefits and leave administration.
• Recruiting, hiring and onboarding experience.
• Experience independently managing multiple areas of the HR function.
• Experience with HRIS / Talent Management Systems.

This hands-on role will oversee Employee Relations, HR Compliance, Benefits, Leave Administration, Performance Management, Recruiting and Onboarding, while partnering closely with leadership to support employees, improve HR processes, and help the organization continue to grow.

MUST HAVE

• 5+ Years of Progressive Human Resources Experience
• HR Management or Senior-Level HR experience
• Strong Employee Relations, Investigations and Performance Management experience
