About This Role

As the Sr. Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving programs that align with the long-term people goals of Human Resources across Research & Development and Medical. You will oversee key initiatives related to HR programs, ensuring processes and standards are implemented effectively to support the business and its employees. Reporting directly to the Head of HR for R&D and Medical, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to manage organizational interventions, employee relations, and talent processes. Your expertise will shape HR strategies and enhance the employee experience within these teams. This role involves managing global HR programs, analyzing data for decision-making, and fostering continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
  1. Develop and manage the Global HR program calendar for timely communication and coordination.
  2. Partner with HR Leaders and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to execute programs and processes.
  3. Contribute to the Organization and Talent Review (OTR) process, including data analytics and talent planning.
  4. Generate reports from People Surveys, create summaries, and recommend actions.
  5. Coordinate calibration sessions for leadership, ensuring data accuracy.
  6. Analyze data and suggest recommendations for goal-setting aligned with culture and strategies.
  7. Manage nominations for top talent programs using review data.
  8. Lead or contribute to global projects, including development and mentoring initiatives.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with process owners.
  10. Research reporting solutions, automate processes, and provide insights to HR leadership.
  11. Support performance management, coaching, and employee relations.
  12. Engage with employees and managers as a credible HR resource.
Who You Are

A consultative HR professional passionate about managing global programs and delivering impactful solutions. Skilled in data analysis, trend identification, and process improvement. Strong relationship-building and advising skills in dynamic environments. Capable of managing multiple priorities with excellent communication skills.

Required Skills
  • 7+ years of HR or related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, including 5+ years in HR.
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Strong analytical skills with actionable insights.
  • Business partnership, advising, and consulting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
  • Knowledge of Workday and related HR systems.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with global HR programs.
  • Leadership or significant contribution to high-impact projects.
  • Experience with mentoring or development programs.
