As the Sr. Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving programs that align with the long-term people goals of Human Resources across Research & Development and Medical. You will oversee key initiatives related to HR programs, ensuring processes and standards are implemented effectively to support the business and its employees. Reporting directly to the Head of HR for R&D and Medical, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders to manage organizational interventions, employee relations, and talent processes. Your expertise will shape HR strategies and enhance the employee experience within these teams. This role involves managing global HR programs, analyzing data for decision-making, and fostering continuous improvement.
A consultative HR professional passionate about managing global programs and delivering impactful solutions. Skilled in data analysis, trend identification, and process improvement. Strong relationship-building and advising skills in dynamic environments. Capable of managing multiple priorities with excellent communication skills.
