Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resource Manager with 6–10+ years of experience to lead and scale HR operations, hiring systems, and employee success initiatives across internal and client teams. This role will serve as a key partner in shaping people practices, improving performance, and building a strong organizational culture. The ideal candidate is both a systems thinker and a people champion, with a track record of leading HR strategy in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and compliance
- Build scalable, structured HR systems and frameworks aligned with business goals and team needs
- Own the development and implementation of internal people processes across the employee lifecycle
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to define and drive organizational culture and engagement
- Guide strategic hiring efforts, including intake, interviews, evaluations, and final decisions
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal and client teams on HR strategy, people issues, and team design
- Oversee documentation, analytics, and reporting for all HR initiatives and outcomes
- Lead or contribute to projects in L&D, policy development, change management, and organizational planning
Required Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of HR experience, with demonstrated leadership in both strategic and operational HR
- Proven ability to design and scale people systems in dynamic or startup-style environments
- Experience in hiring, managing distributed teams, and working with offshore talent
- Strong understanding of performance, engagement, and organizational health metrics
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and modern HR tools and platforms
- A thoughtful, hands-on leader who can balance structure with flexibility in a growing organization
