Position Overview

Revive RX is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our Human Resources function and serve as a key partner to executive leadership. This role will drive HR strategy, oversee daily operations, and manage the employee experience across the organization.

This position requires a hands-on leader who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in employee relations, compliance, benefits, organizational development, and HR operations—preferably within supply chain, healthcare, pharmacy, or similarly regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. HR Strategy and Leadership: Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals. Support the development and lead the execution of HR strategies across recruitment, performance, employee engagement, culture, and workforce planning. Provide guidance and contribute to the HR team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Develop and maintain HR dashboards, KPIs, and reports to inform decision-making and measure impact.
  2. Employee Relations and Compliance: Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, etc.). Maintain and update company policies and procedures; provide training to managers and staff on policy application. Lead compliance audits and risk mitigation efforts, ensuring all HR practices meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  3. Benefits, Compensation, And Leave Administration: Support administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, and leave of absence. Partner with Finance to develop and manage compensation structures that ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. Manage vendor relationships and evaluate benefit offerings to enhance employee satisfaction and cost-effectiveness. Monitor and manage all types of employee leaves and accommodations in compliance with applicable laws.
  4. HR Operations and Systems: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data across HR systems and tools. Support HRIS implementation and optimization initiatives to support data-driven HR operations. Partner cross-functionally with other departments—including Clinical, Pharmacy, and Operations—to deliver comprehensive HR support. Ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong background in employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration. In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR regulatory requirements. Proven ability to lead HR functions in high-growth, multi-site, or healthcare-related environments. Proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP, Paylocity, Workday, or similar platforms. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to lead both strategically and tactically, balancing long-term planning with day-to-day execution.

Additional Responsibilities May Include
  • Conducting exit interviews and analyzing turnover data to recommend retention strategies.
  • Leading or participating in wage and benefits benchmarking initiatives.
  • Coordinating with external vendors to deliver employee services, such as relocation, transportation, or employee wellness programs.
  • Representing the company in employment-related investigations, audits, or legal proceedings.
