Revive RX is seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our Human Resources function and serve as a key partner to executive leadership. This role will drive HR strategy, oversee daily operations, and manage the employee experience across the organization.
This position requires a hands-on leader who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in employee relations, compliance, benefits, organizational development, and HR operations—preferably within supply chain, healthcare, pharmacy, or similarly regulated industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree or SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong background in employee relations, compliance, performance management, and benefits administration. In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR regulatory requirements. Proven ability to lead HR functions in high-growth, multi-site, or healthcare-related environments. Proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP, Paylocity, Workday, or similar platforms. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to lead both strategically and tactically, balancing long-term planning with day-to-day execution.
