Job Title: Senior UKG HRIS Analyst

Location: Deerfield, IL (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)

Addison Group is hiring a Senior UKG HRIS Analyst for our client, a leading organization seeking to enhance their HR technology and workforce management processes. This role is focused on optimizing the UKG Workforce Management system, with an emphasis on time and attendance functionality.

Job Description:

The Senior UKG HRIS Analyst will oversee system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting while collaborating with internal teams to drive efficiency and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the UKG Workforce Management system, with a focus on time and attendance.
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and implement solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Support UKG-related projects, including process improvements and module implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations within UKG.
  • Develop and maintain system reports for data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide end-user training and support to enhance system utilization.
  • Conduct data audits, troubleshoot issues, and oversee system updates and patches.
  • Partner with third-party vendors and stakeholders to optimize UKG functionality.
  • Stay informed on emerging UKG Workforce Management trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience configuring and managing UKG HRIS systems, with expertise in time and attendance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong proficiency in HR/Payroll systems and data management.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Experience leading system design sessions, facilitating meetings, and managing HRIS projects.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite per week in Deerfield, IL.
