Description

Our customer is undertaking a project in HR technology that involves HR Data, Reporting, and HR Analytics strategy development. We are searching for a Senior Business Analyst to assist. The right candidate will be a true BA with good experience working on HR Data-Driven projects. SuccessFactors experience is desired but not required.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• 8+ years experience as an IT Business Analyst
• 3+ years experience as a BA on HR technology systems, with specific experience in HR Data
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors is helpful but not required; experience with other HRIS platforms is acceptable
• Ability to occasionally work into early evenings for meetings with Australian stakeholders
• Methodical with a strong personality; professional, capable of negotiating and working with demanding business leads
• Ability to elicit requirements from the business in layman's terms and translate those to the technical team
• Excellent facilitation skills for meetings
• Proficiency in creating Visio diagrams and documenting current state processes
• Great presentation skills, especially in front of executive leadership
• Very strong documentation skills
• Ability to act as a liaison between non-technical senior leaders and technical analysts

Client prefers candidates local to Colorado for onsite visits but may consider remote candidates. Most work will be remote with minimal travel.

Education/Experience

• 8+ years in the IT industry as an IT Business Analyst
• Experience building strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders
• SAP experience is desirable
• CBAP certification is a strong plus
• Experience with SuccessFactors is helpful but not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range is $60.00 - $75.00/hr. Benefits depend on eligibility and employment specifics.
