Senior HRIS Workday Functional Analyst (Remote Possible)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday, including design for business process configuration, security, and administration
- Conduct meetings to determine business needs and perform feasibility studies of the requirements
- Execute Fit/Gap Analysis and define mass uploads of organizational changes
- Provide application support, including incident triage and troubleshooting data-related issues
- Collaborate with global HR/HRIS team members to ensure system usage consistency across regions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years functional HR experience
- Experience with Workday HRMS is required
- Strong knowledge of Workday configurations and integration concepts
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience specializing in Workday Payroll, Workday Absence, Workday Time Tracking, and Workday Benefits
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Visio
