What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead HRIS projects involving implementations, new functionality, and process improvements
- Communicate HRIS changes/enhancements to users and develop training materials
- Evaluate and identify areas for improvement or automation within HR processes
- Provide technical support for HRIS, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Develop, modify, and execute reports using Business Intelligence to support HR needs
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; high school diploma required if relying on experience
- Minimum of 3 years of HRIS experience, with required knowledge of UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro)
- Experience in managing HRIS projects, including implementations and enhancements
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence and experience in data manipulation and report generation
- Strong knowledge of Human Resource administration principles and practices
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Jobvite, Jobvite Onboarding, LMS365, and Visio
- Familiarity with UKG Pro People Analytics
- Demonstrated ability to deliver effective training to support HR systems
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
- Excellent customer service skills to meet internal and external needs
