Role Description
The Senior HR Generalist plays a critical role in managing HR functions and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic thinker, capable of handling a wide range of HR responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and workplace health & safety while maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
· Minimum of seven years of progressive human resource experience required.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
