LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing Portland-area organization to identify an experienced HR Generalist. This is a highly visible, standalone HR position supporting approximately 45 employees across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on HR professional who enjoys partnering directly with leadership, managing a broad range of HR responsibilities, and helping build a positive employee experience.

This role offers the opportunity to own the full employee lifecycle while making a meaningful impact on employees, managers, and company culture.

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of professional positions
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
  • Extend offers and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Partner with external recruiting vendors and staffing agencies
Employee Relations
  • Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers
  • Address employee concerns and workplace issues
  • Support performance management initiatives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders
HR Operations
  • Lead onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Administer employee benefits and annual open enrollment
  • Maintain HRIS records and employee data
  • Support compensation, promotions, and policy administration
  • Identify and implement process improvements
Compliance & HR Programs
  • Coordinate employee offboarding activities
  • Support immigration and visa‑related processes
  • Assist with relocation and employee support initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement programs and events
  • Maintain HR documentation and compliance records
Qualifications
Required
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience
  • Employee relations experience
  • Recruiting and talent acquisition experience

Preferred
  • Experience supporting small or mid‑sized organizations
  • BambooHR or similar HRIS experience
  • Immigration or visa administration experience

Pay Details: $65,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience
