Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Support employee relations, organizational development, performance management, and training initiatives
• Provide day-to-day HR support and resolve employee concerns
• Deliver engaging new hire onboarding and orientation experiences
• Administer leaves of absence, FMLA, ADA, workers’ comp, and benefits
• Assist in policy development and ensure consistent application
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
• Run HR reports and analyze key metrics

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience
• Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices
