Job summary

LeoForce in the United States is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist (Senior Level) to manage employee relations, policy interpretation, and performance management across the organization. This permanent role requires strong HR knowledge and effective collaboration with management.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for talent development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Experience: Senior Level

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
